Our “Client First” Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional – integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Rochester real estate professional since 2004, I’ve also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible and responding quickly to your needs.

I am a United States Navy Veteran and have been a Special Education Science teacher in a local school district for nearly 10 years and have my Bachelors Degree in Zoology/Genetics and Master Degree in Education.  I have found that all of these experiences have made me a better listener, negotiator, team member and overall communicator.  I work as a team that supports all listing and processing efforts, professional photos, staging advice and everything under the sun to help you have an amazing real estate experience.

This “client first” philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I’ve found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I’ve always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. Those technologies have also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

A Monroe County resident for most of my life, I am an active member of the community.  I enjoy time with my family, soccer (coaching, playing and spectating), golf and showing clients the best that our communities have to offer.  Waterfront properties to urban townhomes and everything in between.
